1Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to 365huat. This Terms and Conditions document ("Terms") is a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and 365huat ("Platform", "we", "us"). These Terms govern your use of all services, products, games, and features offered through our platform at 365huat.vu and our official mobile app.

By registering an account, accessing the platform, or using any part of our services, you expressly confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms contained in this document, including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are deemed part of these Terms.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please stop using the 365huat platform immediately. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any amended Terms will be deemed acceptance of those amendments.

2Member Eligibility

To register and use the 365huat platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

The Know Your Customer (KYC) process may be required before your first withdrawal or upon reaching certain transaction thresholds. Failure to submit the requested documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in temporary account suspension or closure.

3Registration & Account Management

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) account only on the 365huat platform. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and constitute a serious breach of these Terms. 365huat employs advanced detection systems to identify duplicate accounts based on IP address, device information, payment details, and other identifying data.

During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information, including your full name, date of birth, a valid email address, and an active mobile number. Inaccurate or misleading information may result in account closure and forfeiture of your balance.

• Your account password must contain at least 8 characters, combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, and numbers.
• You are solely responsible for keeping your account login credentials confidential.
• All activity that occurs under your account is entirely your responsibility.
• Please contact our support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

4Deposits & Payments

365huat supports a variety of convenient deposit methods suited for players in Malaysia, including online bank transfers (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong, and others), popular e-wallets, and selected digital payment methods. All deposits are processed instantly upon payment confirmation.

• Minimum deposit: RM30 per transaction.
• Maximum deposit: Subject to membership tier and payment method used.
• All deposits must be made from an account in your own name — third-party deposits are not accepted.
• 365huat does not charge any deposit processing fees; however, your bank or payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Any deposit made with fraudulent intent or through unauthorised methods will be voided and reported to the relevant authorities.

To meet anti-money laundering (AML) compliance requirements, 365huat reserves the right to request verification of the source of funds for deposits exceeding a certain amount. Your cooperation in this process is mandatory and is required to maintain the safety of the platform ecosystem for all members.

5Withdrawal of Wins

365huat is committed to processing all valid withdrawals promptly and efficiently. Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes after the request is approved, depending on the selected withdrawal method and verification requirements.

• Minimum withdrawal: RM50 per transaction.
• Maximum daily withdrawal: Subject to your account's VIP level.
• Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name.
• KYC verification may be required before your first withdrawal or upon reaching certain cumulative thresholds.
• Accounts that have not completed identity verification may experience delays in withdrawal processing.

If outstanding bonus wagering requirements have not been met, withdrawals may be held until those requirements are fully satisfied. Members are advised to check their active bonus balance before submitting a withdrawal request to avoid unnecessary delays.

6Bonuses & Promotions

7Game Rules

All games offered on the 365huat platform use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been audited and certified by a qualified independent body. This ensures every game outcome is genuinely random, fair, and cannot be manipulated by any party, including 365huat itself.

• Completed game results are final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a confirmed technical failure.
• In the event of a technical disruption or disconnection during gameplay, affected bets may be voided and funds returned in accordance with the platform's policy.
• The use of automated software (bots), card-counting tools, or any external software assistance to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
• Fraud or collusion between players is a serious violation that may result in permanent account closure.

For Live Casino games, all sessions are fully recorded for audit and dispute resolution purposes. These video records serve as conclusive evidence in any dispute relating to game outcomes.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 365huat platform and may result in account suspension or permanent closure, along with forfeiture of funds:

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or the KYC process.
• Using stolen credit or debit cards, fraudulent bank accounts, or any unauthorised payment methods.
• Money laundering through deposit and withdrawal activities on the platform.

• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.

10Account Suspension & Closure

365huat reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any section of these Terms.
• Confirmed fraud, misrepresentation, or suspicious activity.
• Requests from regulatory authorities or law enforcement agencies.
• Account inactivity for more than 12 consecutive months.
• Voluntary closure request submitted by the member.

If your account is closed at your own request and no terms have been violated, any eligible balance will be returned to your original payment method once all reviews are complete. This process may take up to 5 business days.

11Liability Limits

365huat provides its platform and services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, 365huat is not liable for:

• Any financial losses arising from betting activity on our platform.
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, such as internet outages, third-party infrastructure failures, or force majeure events.
• Any unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.
• Game results that have been disputed after confirmation that no technical failure occurred on our end.

The maximum total liability of 365huat to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount of funds held in that member's account at the time of the disputed incident.

12Terms Amendment & Applicable Law

365huat reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. Material amendments will be communicated to members via registered email or a prominent notice on the platform at least 7 days before taking effect.

Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you disagree with the changes, you have the right to close your account before they take effect.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court or tribunal of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from these Terms while all remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
